Semrush Launches Two New ChatGPT Features in Listing Management Tool
Boost your business growth and take control of your local presence with the power of AI in Listing Management—Semrush’s full-featured solution for local SEO. 

Semrush’s new ChatGPT features aim to help users reply to online reviews faster and find higher-quality keywords for their local business listings.

Respond to Reviews with AI

Premium Listing Management users can reply to customers’ online reviews in seconds using AI-generated suggestions in the Review Management tab.

It’s simple. 

Semrush uses ChatGPT to automatically generate and pre-populate five suggested replies for your first five unanswered reviews. For the rest of your unanswered reviews, just click “Generate Draft.” If the draft meets expectations, click “Reply” to send.

Each paid user is allotted 25 generated suggestions daily. You can also generate templates or select a suggestion and reply instantly.

This new feature allows you to:

  • Save time: The tool automatically generates 100% unique replies for 750 reviews monthly
  • Get inspiration for both positive and negative reviews
  • Respond promptly: No need to put reviews, even negative ones, on the backburner
  • Have full control: AI is just an assistant; you’re the boss! Sign off on the final copy and control your business’s online reputation
Prefer to compose your replies manually? Just disable the feature.

Track AI-Generated Keywords in Google Maps

Over in the Heatmap tab, see a list of keywords relevant to your business, suggested by ChatGPT. 

How can this feature improve your local SEO? It helps you:
  • Improve listings and optimize content for local search with more quality keywords
  • Track relevant keywords connected with your business
  • See more potential keywords to track for each business location
To update your keywords for a listing in Heatmap, select a keyword from the list. It will appear in the “Tracked Keywords” table.
